All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) 2016 admit card has been released on the official website. All those aspirants who have applied for the same can download it from the official website. On January 17, GPAT is scheduled to be conducted. Admit card is the mandatory document and it is compulsory to carry to the exam hall as it will contain the photo, name and signature of the candidate, GPAT roll number, test date, time, reporting time at the venue, venue name, venue address and brief instructions for the candidate.

The national level entrance exam, GPAT, is conducted to select suitable Pharmacy graduates for admission into M.Pharm programme. The test is a 3-hour computer based online test that is held in a single session. GPAT score is accepted by all AICTE-approved institutions/constituent colleges/university departments and affiliated colleges.
At the official website www.aicte-gpat.in, a trial test is also available for candidates to check out their level of preparation. On January 21, the results for the same will be declared. The GPAT exam from academic year 2016-17 onward will be conducted only once a year, on the third Sunday of January.
At the test venue, a candidate will have to take the test on a pre-assigned computer.
GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) will be total 125 questions in the test. The duration of the same will be 180 minutes. Negative marking will be done for wrong answers. For each correct answer, there are four marks and for each wrong answer, one mark shall be deducted.
