The National Memorial Day Observance program at Arlington National Cemetery will begin with an Armed Forces Full Honor Wreath-laying at the Tomb of the Unknowns at 11 a.m. May 31.

Come to the Service Comedy Show May 14, from 9 to 10:30 p.m., at Fort Belvoir Community Center. The cost is $5 per person.

A female shih tzu that is blonde, brown and black has been lost on Fort Belvoir. The dog needs medical attention and was last seen April 22 wearing a pink and white dress.

The Divine Liturgy of St. George the Great Martyr is April 23 in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel in Woodlawn Chapel at 9 a.m. Non-Orthodox are invited to observe.

The Lord Fairfax Silver Chapter, US Army Warrant Officer Association has its monthly membership meeting April 15 at 5 p.m. The meeting location is the Kingstowne Library at the corner of Beulah and Telegraph roads.

Troops to Teachers has a seminar, “Teaching as a Second Career,” May 12 at 12:30 p.m., in Room 144 of Barden Education Center, 9625 Belvoir Road.
