Dining facility to serve Thanksgiving feast

The Fort Belvoir Dining Facility will serve a traditional Thanksgiving meal Nov. 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Active duty military personnel, family members, retirees, Department of Defense civilian employees and guests are invited to dine.

The cost for officers, enlisted members receiving basic allowance for subsistence, family members of E-5 and above, and DOD civilians is $5.90, the standard holiday meal rate.

The cost for family members of enlisted personnel in the grades of E-1 thru E-4 and members of organized nonprofit youth groups sponsored at either the national or local level authorized to subsist in the DFAC is $5, the discount holiday meal rate.

The Fort Belvoir Dining Facility is located at 6021 Abbott Road, Bldg. 1822.
