Post openings

Dunkin’ Donuts
The North Post Dunkin’ Donuts, inside the Class VI store, re-opened Monday with new machines, counters, ovens, and the capability to allow the use of credit cards. The store closed Aug. 29 for upgrades to the facility.

Farrar Gate
Farrar Gate leading into Davison Army Airfield re-opened Monday and is fully operational. Britten Gate on Route 1 is closed. Farrar Gate was closed to allow crews to repair damages to the road leading to the gate stemming from Hurricane Hanna Sept. 6.

Hospital construction roads
A temporary entrance for hospital construction vehicles only is scheduled to open Monday, according to the BRAC Operations Office. The entrance is off of Route 1, near Pence Gate and will allow direct access to the Fort Belvoir Army Community Hospital construction site. Work schedules for construction crews are coordinated to avoid peak traffic periods on the highway.
