All-Army men and women fall to Navy

Both the men’s and women’s All-Army teams struggled against their All-Navy competitors in the opening night of the Armed Forces Basketball Championship at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall Monday.
The men fell 96-73, and the women lost on a late-game slump, 72-61.

Repeat champions make their mark at club championship

The Fort Belvoir Golf Club tournament season continued with the annual Club Championship. Conducted July 31 and Aug. 1, participants competed to determine the Belvoir men’s women’s and senior club champions. Additional flights were created by handicap and skill level to allow all patrons the opportunity to compete against other golfers of similar skill.
