AMSC open house
Army Management Staff College opens its Thayer Hall Wednesday. Everyone is invited for the opening and lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bldg. 270. The event is for AMSC’s biggest renovation, which took nearly two years.
Hearts Apart
Hearts Apart is for all spouses, male and female, whose sponsor is deployed, geographically separated, on an unaccompanied tour or extended TDY.
Army Community Service provides a supportive group setting for activities, resources, and to network with one another during their sponsor’s absence. Free on-site childcare and dinner is provided.
The grouph’s next meetings are today and July 16 at ACS from 6 to 8 p.m.

US Army Warrant Officers
The Lord Fairfax Silver Chapter, US Army Warrant Officer Association, has its monthly membership meeting today at 5 p.m. at the Kingstowne Library, the corner of Beulah and Telegraph roads.
All active, reserve, and retired warrant officers are invited and encouraged to attend.

Learn to sail the Inner Harbor
MWR’s Outdoor Recreation has a Sailing Social at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor Friday from 5:30 p.m. to sunset. No sailing experience is necessary. Sailors can participate and sail as much or as little as they want.
The trip costs $42 per person, including sailing, instruction and transportation.
