If you’re waiting for the fourth season of the epic TV series, here’s a good news ! No, the fourth season is not going to be out anytime soon. But the trailer of the Christmas-special episode of the series has been released

Unlike the other seasons, the episode is set in the Victorian era as visioned by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the author of the novels that the series is based on. “It’s the Sherlock as you know it, but in the correct era. It’s one of the best ones we’ve made. I think it’s really terrific” executive producer Steven Moffat said speaking of the trailer. He added this change was to see the characters in their traditional clothing and there’s nothing much that is to be revealed about the episode yet.

Whether or not the episode is to release for Christmas, the case that is investigated, is kept under wraps. In this episode, Sherlock was seen wearing pointy hat, as insisted by Watson, who sported a long mustache.

As the opening line of the trailer goes, “the stage is set, the curtain rises and we’re ready to begin,” Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman are all set to woo the fans, only this time in the “19th century”.
